There is an issue with the display of referenced dwgs in CEU3 using bylevel symbology. See below. The top one is from SS4, with the second one being the same sheet model in CEU3.

We did work on a fix for this issue and it is in MicroStation CONNECT Edition Update 12. Support will reach out to you on the fix since it's tied to a Service Request and the display of the files are unique. We would like to ensure this resolves your issue.

This has still not been resolved in U11. I started this over 2 year ago. It shouldn't take this long to resolve what is a very basic thing. It works OK in SS4. This is one of the reasons why SS4 is still better that CE.
Still not fixed in CEU10!!!
I'm guessing that Bentley are too involved in getting new tools out that worrying about the basics. To me this is a basic problem which should have been resolved months ago. To say that it will be resolved in a future build is just, frankly, pathetic. You want us to use this new version but it doesn't even to do what worked fine in SS3/4.
