Raster Manager WMS error "The value of the following parameter is invalid SCALEHINT:MAX value-[8041]"

Hello, 
 
 I am trying to attach the USGS Topo map using the WMS option in Raster Manager. I created a ".xwms" file, saved and attached it, however, the attachment received an error message "The value of the following parameter is invalid SCALEHINT:MAX value-[8041]". 
 
 The server address is https://basemap.nationalmap.gov/arcgis/services/USGSTopo/MapServer/WmsServer 
 How can this be fixed? thanks,

If you are running an older version of MicroStation prior to the 08.11.09.529 release then it is a known issue. The problem was resolved in the MicroStation 08.11.09.529 release.

What version of MicroStation are you running? I tried your URL in MicroStation 08.11.09.832 and did not have a problem. Check the following settings in WMS Edit
