Have you previously disabled notifications?  You can change the setting in Connection Client Preferences...

You should see notifications in the Connection Client main form...

Tried all that but still not seeing the notification. Have s separate thread at communities.bentley.com/.../130854

It's poor practise to start two threads in different Forums that cover the same topic.  Those who provide answers in one Forum won't be aware of help provided in the other Forum(s).

You have missed the point of the two threads Jon. This one is a question about has anyone been able to use CC to update to CEU4. The other is about by CC not giving me a notification about the upgrade. Although linked they are not the same!!

The new version of MicroStation CONNECT Edition (Update 4) should now be listing in the CONNECTION Client.

As was suggested, it might be worth having a look at your Preferences settings for Notifications and Updates as this may be affecting whether it is advising you when these are available.

Andrew, I have done all that and having checked yesterday U4 is not listed. I will check again tomorrow when back in work.

Well it's Monday morning and I have still not received a notification through CC that U4 is available. Have to say that this CC appears to be a complete waste of time.

Updated through CC no problem on Friday afternoon.

still is not working for you?
Did you try to sign out of Connection Client and sign in again and review if any updates are notified after doing this.
