CE - Sheet Index folder reorder

Question

All 
 It appears you cannot reorder a folder structure in the Sheet index. I have just created a series of folders 100, 200, 300, 400, 500. I then added 000, but I cannot drag/drop/move this to the top of the folder lists

The folders need to follow a design workflow, thus I need to be able to add a folder at any point and drag it into its correct location.

This issue is only reproducible with sub folder added under a folder. Defect 661681 is locked to fix the issue.

I believe this issue is related to an already reported issue. Defect 268561 has been filed to fix the issue. 
 I would recommend you file a service request so you can be notified when a fix is available.
