CE - PowerDraft Update 4 availability

We are currently wrapping up our release procedures for MicroStation PowerDraft CONNECT Edition Update 4 and will have it available soon. Please look for an announcement on it hopefully by early next week, pending any unforeseen issues.

Before updating please make sure to backup your prefs and especially - if you made any changes - your V8iTasks.dgnlib as at least the latter gets replaced by the standard file...

OK... its now almost December 2017.  Bentley promised their faithful paying Select users they would deliver an update on their software packages every 3 months/Quarter.   MS CE is now at update 7.  PowerDraft is at update 5

MS CE seems to be updated every 3 months.  However, PowerDraft was 4 months between 4 and 5, and so far 5/6 months between 5 and potentially 7.

In the UK we have a great deal of PowerDraft users that need the updates just as much as the MicroStation users.

When can we expect update 7
