I have applied a fillet and chamfer to certain solids and have saved my file.
I am wondering if there is a way to remove them without redrawing the solids.
I have attached the file I am using.
Thanks for your help in advance.

As José says, in CONNECT Edition, the fillet/chamfer is a parametric feature which can easily be changed/removed after the fact. In V8i, the solid needs to be edited "surgically" to remove the chamfer. I had some luck (using MicroStation CONNECT Edition) with the Delete Face command to delete the chamfer face (of the key shapes on the top of this object, I assume).

You can often use the "Delete Solid Entity" tool to remove faces. You select the face(s) to remove (hold ctrl to select additional faces) and then the tool tries to heal the holes created by removing the selected faces by extending the surrounding faces. I don't know specifically what chamfer you want to to remove, but the below image shows where I used this tool to remove one of your chamfers by selecting the 3 chamfer faces. HTH
