Hi, I am going to ask a question about Color-Coded Elevation Triangles.
1 I create a DTM with triangulation (Max Length 1.50m). The triangles are fine.
2 Generate the Color-Coded Elevation Triangles, and I applied Fence Mode, the colored triangles are weird:
Anyone has ideas about how to make the color triangle correct?
Thanks...
Serena
Please identify the version of MicroStation, or other product such as PowerDraft, that you are using: MicroStation CONNECT or MicroStation V8i. What is the 8-digit version number (e.g. 10.xx.yy.zz) of MicroStation?
If you're using MicroStation in a ProjectWise (PW) managed environment, let us know that too.

Are you using a built-in MicroStation tool or some other application, such as a civil engineering product?

Serena - are you trying to display triangles color-coded to specific elevation ranges? MicroStation has a Thematic:Height option in the view display style dialog. It can be a little tricky to set up, but it provides a multi-colored display of triangles (or a mesh produced by writing a GeoPak .tin into the file), as shown in the image. It doesn't change the color of the triangles, just how they are displayed.
The tool tip in this screen shot shows that you use one of the Bentley Civil Tools not pure Microstation. this communities.bentley.com/.../5922 is the better forum for your question.
