How to set proxy settings for MicroStation CE deployment package creation?

In previous versions one could set the proxy settings in order to enable the package creation process to download optional content (such as visualization content etc.). Currently downloading fails, and I'm behind a proxy. Should the setup process use the IE settings (these are set already and are correct)?

to be honest, currently I don't think it's a proxy issue anymore. Looking at the log file i found that the vba components were successfully downloaded (using: cdnllnw.bentley.com/.../VBA71SDK_x6407010000en.MSI;h=ab8d264a0e7be018e4f52a0eb0313371). If I paste that address to the browser it works. BUT, other links like cdnllnw.bentley.com/.../connectsharedcontentx8607010000en.msi;h=ba522140567017ca6fdff4d8d1b66c89 do not work, even when trying in the browser...

But does it show any errors? Generate any log files?
