Looking at the log file i found that the vba components were successfully downloaded (using: <a href="http://cdnllnw.bentley.com/u/select/dist2/intel/v71/VBA71SDK_x64/1033/469f1798b8ff4fb096c9a90b33477c01/VBA71SDK_x6407010000en.MSI?e=1489576358.89064&amp;amp">cdnllnw.bentley.com/.../VBA71SDK_x6407010000en.MSI</a>;h=ab8d264a0e7be018e4f52a0eb0313371). If I paste that address to the browser it works.
