how can i change my mouse sensitivity from low to fast on MicroStation CONNECT Edition?

Do you experience the slow mouse only in MicroStation or in general in all applications?

You can change the mouse sensitivity in Windows, for example in Windows 10 go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Mouse.

I've already changed the sensitivity to the maximum speed, but it doesn't change the way it works on MS CONNECT. I have Windows 10 but this doesn't seem to matter. I have experienced the same problem with MicroStation Select Series 3, so I moved back to SS 2. There the AccuDraw works fine and I do not have any problems with the mouse.

Could it be the graphic card?

Have you tried to changed the click sensitivity in MicroStation preferences, if that would help?

In CONNECT Edition go to File > Settings > User > Preferences > Input > Click Sensitivity:

Hi Anu, thank you for your answer. But I've tried also this and it didn't change. when i draw a line for example the line isn't following the cursor properly when I move around on the screen. Don't know if i can explain it to you. Hope there is a solution. Best regards

As Anu asked, did you check if this happens in another programs too or only in Microstation? This way you can tell if the problem is for example you windows mouse driver or inside Microstation.

Since you already tried the options inside Microstation and didn't work maybe you should try to upgrade your windows mouse driver.
