I have a dwg file which has a raster (jpg) attached which appears OK when the file id opened in ACAD but doesn't show when the file is opened in MicroStation.
Any ideas?

can you ref attach the dwg to mstn , can you then copy paste the image?
in acad can you try export to dgn?
can you click on the image in acad and choose to save it or export the image as an image file like jpg or ecw etc?
if its imbedded can you clip around it and save as dwg? ( try dgn too) then use the dwg as a raster ref file?
there must be an acadway to un embed the file back out to an image....google autodesk ...

You're showing the image in the xref manager. If you open IMANAGE, you can view it in the raster design manager. Right click on the image and select Un-Embed. Maybe then you will be able to save the changes.
