Use MicroStation configuration variables to specify folders where references are located.  For example, MS_RFDIR can specify one or more folders (it's a multi-path variable).  When you move files to another folder or to a server, as you have done, then you need only to redefine the paths specified by MS_RFDIR for MicroStation to be able to find them.

I'am new to micro station. I don't understand the procedure of MS_RFDIR can you please show the work flow.
I have opened the "configuration variables" from attach raster reference file and using MS_RFDIR it only selecting one file.
can you please help me.

MicroStation configuration variables are used extensively.  You can read more about them in MicroStation help.

MS_RFDIR is a configuration variable.  It defines one or more folder paths that MicroStation will search for reference files.  Use menu Workspace|Configuration to pop the Configuration dialog box.  That dialog box shows the value of each configuration variable.  In the screenshot below I've opened it and selected Primary Search Paths, which include MS_RFDIR.  If you click the Edit button you can assign or add new folders to that variable...

I'm using SELECT series-3. previously i was using Auto CAD for drafting and designing in BRT, now I'm working on fully Bentley software so getting so many doubts.
