Please see the picture. I'm trying to select a symbol from the S with a circle around it. It doesn't matter which font I'm trying to edit. I get the same error message.
Thanks for any help,

Hi Erik,
Thanks for your reply. Here is a screen shot. It shows the value as set to 1. I undefined it which deleted it but still I get the same error. Is there another way to do it?
Eric

The screenshot shows a Bentley font named CTFONT1. I think what's supposed to happen is that the Bentley font is converted to its TrueType equivalent to be used in the word processor dialog. That's what the article cited by Erik Mendoza is about. But something is preventing that conversion from happening.

I believe he is switching between Fonts (Font types (.rsc/TT/,shx) when working in the Word Processor and using Symbols built into the different Fonts. First turn off the switch (Toggle/check mark) to "Apply changes to all text" in the tool settings dialog. The problem is that with that switch On it is trying to convert the symbol in one font to the same in a different font that doesn't have that symbol.
If toggled Off he may still get the warning but should be able to add the Symbol in the text anyhow.
