Bing Maps outdated road layer

Interesting, what area are you comparing? Can you post screen captures or the name of a city near the area you are displaying?

Can you tell us what you are using to view Online Bing Map. I tried www.arcgis.com/.../viewer.html and https://www.bing.com/maps/ and depending on what option you selected the view would change. I tried them in a know area and some options were completely out of date and other options were more up to date. In MicroStation - Bing Map the views showed more up to date. The views were not current, but definitely more up to date than what was showing in ://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=8651e4d585654f6b955564efe44d04e5 and https://www.bing.com/maps/. Like Pascal said can you provide us screen shots and what you are using to compare Online Bing Map with MicroStation - Bing Map.

So it is vice-versa for us that online map is more actual. The map seems 2 years behind as the construction is finished.

I did see a difference in what shows in https://arcg.is/byHL9 compared to what shows in WWW.BING.COM/MAPS and Bing Map in MicroStation. What shows in WWW.BING.COM/MAPS and Bing Map in MicroStation are the same.

Busted. It seems Bing maps used the roads from opendata.riga or opendata.riga had the same source:

The building and road is demolished around year 2012-2013
