MS V8i (SS4) Capture Google Earth Image Issue

I am having an issue capturing a google earth image.

1.  I select the "Follow Google Earth" tool.  Google Earth opens.
2.  In Google Earth, I navigate to the location I want captured.
3.  In MicroStation, I select the "Capture Google Earth Image" tool
4.  Google Earth closes and reopens without capturing the image. 

Any ideas what is causing this?

MicroStation = 08.11.09.829

Google Earth Pro = 7.1.5.1557
