I have a custom toolbox. It is stored in a DGNLIB in folder X:\ProgramData\Bentley\CONNECT\Configuration\Organization\Dgnlib\Gui. I can display that toolbox from MicroStation's Tool Boxes dialog (menu Settings|User|Tool Boxes)...
How do I show that Toolbox automatically when MicroStation is started? Is there a configuration variable I should set, or a check-box somewhere that should be set?
When I first created that Toolbox, it was stored in the Personal.DgnLib, and was displayed automatically. Why is a custom GUI object shown automatically from the Personal.DgnLib, but is not displayed automatically from another GUI DgnLib?

Marc

Thanks! The video about customising the Ribbon is useful.

That's fine, but I'm trying to work out how to deliver a toolbox or custom ribbon when installing an AddIn for MicroStation. In that situation I have no control over the third-party's personal configuration.

I'll adopt your hint, but it remains unclear how that custom ribbon will show automatically when delivered to a third-party.
