So far, I've avoided installing any of the CE versions though I am tempted to do so to see how it compares to V8i possible to replace it however, I have noticed from this forum that there many posts about problems with it so I'm beginning to wonder just how bad is it? Looking to hear opinions from those who use it each day.

Yes but the new interface is just rubbish, and don't use it. I have this minimised!! Mind you I don't like the Revit interface either for that matter!!
Sounds interesting so far. I'm also used to Revit so I'm particularly interested in Parametric cells. I'm hoping they work like Revit's Generic Model Families with custom instance parameters as I could potentially have a need for that in the near future. I don't mind ribbon apps, no doubt you can customise it just like the V8i Task interface can be (which I originally hated as I started my career using a digitising tablet with no requirement for on-screen toolboxes but after that broke, I had to adapt to a mouse and the task interface was the best option for a custom GUI). I'm just concerned about the amount of bugs there is and the unknown of when they will actually be fixed.

So I've created a door/frame group (2D0 and made it an 'item'. How do I change it's colour, not using ByLevel symbology and Level Manager?
Looking at Help I should be able to get to Display Rules from Display Styles but I don't see this option.
