Thank you Jose for your reply, but there is a problem. FileFormats, Visualization, Printing and Plotting and best practices lead me to pages that say
'Oops!
What you are looking for...
+ has moved to another location
+ is in a community that requires access you do not currently have
+ or does not exist'

and Products leads me to a page that says 'Sorry, there was a problem with your last request.'

I'll try them again next week when everything is online.
