MicroStation V8i SelectSeries 3

I have a file that has a large number of cells in it, with tags, and I would like to export it to a table.  Preferably excel.  Is there a way, or a work around, or an add on.  So my microstation file has cells that represent streetlights, and several tags attached to this cell.   I would like to export them out to a spreadsheet in excel if possible.
