I would suggest the Fulfillment Center, but I don't see SS3 there.

Bentley makes stuff as hard as possible to find. Tried the Fullfillment Center, no joy for it or the previous web version.
You know they got it.
Let me know if it becomes critical, I should have a copy I can put up on the web somewhere, doubtless breaking several copyright laws. May be quicker to just call over there.
They used to be so nice to deal with. I continue as a Select Services user, paying near an extra thousand a year, not sure why.

Only the last 2 Editions/Series (Connect, V8i) are available in the Fulfilment Center.  It is always recommended to use the latest version in the series. Will “MicroStation V8i (English) 32-bit Version 08.11.09.829” not work with your older project.

Archived versions can be issued per individual request which needs to be assessed and approve on our side first.
