[V8i SS4] Thematic Displaystyle and Element Date

Question

Hey Folks, 
 MicroStation SS4 Help lists some Thematic Display Style Handlers - Color from Elevation, Gradient, ... and: 
 Color by Element Modification Date 
 Sounds very interesting, but I can't really find it in the dialogs. There's no predefined Display Style for that, and when I want to create an own one there's no such an Handler Option. 
 Are there any prerequisites for DGN's to be able to use it, or is this a forgotten function?

 Don't know about SS4, but in CE-Upd5 if I use Display rules, an option to select LastModified is available. 
 Is that an option you can use?

I'm using SS3, and Help lists "Element Change Time" and "Element Range" as options for Thematic Display. However, dialog box does not include "Element Change Time" in the pull-down menu.

Hi, 
 in my opinion it's incorrect information, maybe something planned but not implemented. Date-based thematic display is not available neither in V8 i nor CONNECT Edition. But as mentioned by Bigean, in CE similar functionality can be achieved using Display Rules.
