I have noticed that the TEXT in our referenced 2D topo files are ending up on top of the Live elements once it is referenced in. I have the update sequence set to putting the topo in first but that doesn't seem to make a difference.
Any ideas on what is happening?

With Antialiasing the Graphics Card puts such Elements "on top", somehow without Microstation knowing it. Sort of post-processing.
What MicroStation Version was that in?
