I'm signed in to the Connection client but Microstation Connect edition update 5 does not recognise that I am and when I try and run the connect advisor it hangs.

Hi Duncan,
what do expect to see in the Connection Client when you are connected? According to the screenshot all seems ok (10.00.07.30 is the version of the connection client you have actually installed)

Problem is that Microstation doesn't seem to realise that I'm logged in. If I try and run the Connect advisor it tells me I need to log in but I already am and then it crashes.

Could you please send a screen shot of Connect Advisor message and also check if any logs are created, by default in C:User\...\AppData\Local\Bentley\logs
