I have one user whose cursor cross hair has changed to black, and I have no idea what might be wrong.
I have read this thread:https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/f/microstation-forum/136614/how-to-set-the-color-of-drawing-cursor
Changing cursor color will change the full-screen crosshairs, but not the smaller version (stays black).
and this thread:https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/f/microstation-forum/118604/cursor-crosshair-turned-black-colour
but everything seems to be fine from a Microstation standpoint (BG color RGB = 0, 0, 0). This happens in any file he opens, and does not happen to me when I open the same files, so I believe it to be some sort of systemic issue, not file-related.
I believe he has Windows 10.He is running an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, version 22.21.13.8205
If this is a display driver issue, please explain it to me as thoroughly as you can so that I can effectively communicate the problem to our IT guys.Thank you.
