I have a dimension of 53'-3" and would like to have the dimension round to the nearest foot showing a -0". Is there a way to have my measurement round to the nearest foot? 2 examples: 53'-4" = 53'-0", and 53'-7" = 54'-0". I have been trying to figure this out in the dimension style box with no solution.
I was able to get that by setting Label format to MU Label (Assuming that your Master Units are feet of some kind). I set accuracy to "0". Then I set Main Suffix to -0"
This should round your dimension to the nearest foot, while still reading as feet & inches.

Thanks for the help.
I tried putting "-0" in for "Main Suffix" but it only allows one character under "Primary Units" on the "Units" tab.Is there another spot?

You're right! Now I can't do it, either.
How did I get that to work??? I know I had something like that years ago...Sorry about that. Let me poke around (I could be remembering something from days gone by)
I found my old resources.
It wasn't the Main Units Suffix. It was in Advanced, Under Symbols -> Suffix. I created a cell for -0" and used that for a suffix. I had to play with my cell a bit to make it come in right. Not the easiest answer...but it got my job done.
OK. Thanks for the reply, we might try this but I'm not sure yet.
