Batch convert from auto cadd to microstation v8i

What happens when you save manually a V8 file as DWG and then reimport the DWG file?

Keep in mind that if you perform the above export/import in the same session of MicroStation then the configuration is identical.  When you batch import, are you specifying the same configuration?

By configuration, I mean workspace settings: the Project and User workspaces must be the same for both import and export.  Why?  Because the workspace specifies the colour table that MicroStation should use.  If you specify the wrong colour table, or nothing at all (i.e. you import DWG colours) then you would see the results you have reported. There may be other factors, such as your DGN seed file, that affect colours. 

It would be helpful if you could provide further details to assist with your issue:

• What version of MicroStation V8i are you using?
• Why are you converting these DGN files to DWG and back again?
• When you say you "make some changes" which software is this being performed within, AutoCAD or MicroStation?

Maybe you could supply example DGN / DWG files along with screen captures to show what this displays like on your system.

If you want to do this you'll need to export to DWG, do those changes then open the  Autocad file with Microstation and export using another Remap file to put stuff back the way it was.

If possible, I would highly recommend you keep them in Microstation until they're done. Even if you get all the stuff re-mapped correctly you may find other anomalies.

Am using v8i-version08.11.05.17 Some time I have more than 100 drawings want to convert dgn  files so I am using batch convert. To Dwg file …this converted dwg file I give to department base  they are work in Dwg  and I want to convert final Dwg to Dgn.that time color changing samecolor.in all drawing.
