How do I get the old product documentation (Microstation J/2004/XM)?
I couldn't find it @docs.bentley.com or ftp.bentley.com
Hello,
is there any specific issues that you are having with these versions?
The following wiki provides information on MicroStation XM:

Hi Anupama,
the documentation for the version you mentioned was delivered with the product installation. So if you need it, you have to install the product(s). I guess it would be possible to extract it from the installation pack using 7-Zip or similar tool without the installation of the product itself.
With regards,

I would like to update the compatibility of the various Microstation versions in our systems, which I could easily get in readme.
Regards,
Anupama
Ya, I could do that, but having a readme loaded somewhere would have saved a lot of time. Anyhow, I managed to get that information.
But, another thing I noticed is I cannot download old versions of the softwares from the fulfillment center. How am I suppose to download the older version if I need to, considering it is dependency for another non- Bentley software ?
Hi Anupama
if you require an archived version of MicroStation you will need to request it via Service request and state reasons why you need the particular version.
