Is there any way to know the list of all users where they installed it?
Hello Basel,
Yes you can. Well... sort of.
On the support part of the Bentley website there is a button called GO TO ENTERPRISE PORTAL (https://connect.bentley.com/Enterprise). From there you can navigate to PRODUCT USAGE REPORT. Here you can see the names of machines that have been running a Bentley product for so many hours in a certain period. It also shows excess usage. It is not the same as knowing wich machine has the product installed. It just shows wich machine(s) started the program as far as I can tell. Some users may never use Microstation or they even may be unaware that the product is installed at all. I guesse that won't register.Consult with your IT-department to make sure. They should keep a record of this kind of thing. Is there a specific reason you require this information? Do you need to install a newer version for instance? Or is there a license issue? Do you need to change settings/libraries on all CAD machines?

Hello Ivo,
As you mention above we have planning to un-install microstation from users machines who are use it as a viewer so they need only Bentley View . I know we can get a list of machines by Product Usage Report for so many hours but this report not helping me to check all microstation machines.
Best regards
Hi Basel,
I recommend you to post these kind of questions on the Licensing and Activation Forum
Please review the following thread https://communities.bentley.com/products/licensing/f/licensing-and-activation-forum/131762/how-do-i-get-actual-user-computer-names-in-usage-reports/402182#402182
as it points to different links https://communities.bentley.com/products/licensing/w/licensing__wiki/27907/what-reports-does-selectserver-offer and https://communities.bentley.com/products/licensing/w/licensing__wiki/28354/how-to-generate-usage-reports

Regarding the usage report: You'll have to click on every date and see wich machine was activated that day... only that day. And then 365 more times, to cover the whole year. Yes. So bring coffee. Lots of it.
But ask yourself how it got installed in the first place. Did it get installed manually? Is it deployed from a central place? If the latter, finding out is easy. IT should be able to tell you right away.
Can't you have the IT-department build some script that runs on startup of every pc and then writes down if there's a Microstation on that local drive? You'd have to wait for all pc's to have run at least once. Or you can run through office and start every pc manually.
Documenting those kind of things (both by you and IT department) will keep you and IT out of trouble and help you deploying more accurately in the future.
Either way, you've got work ahead.
Correct me if I am wrong but this query sounds like a system administration issue. It appears from this new comment that you want to check all the system on your network that have the MicroStation software installed and perform an automatic uninstall and then install Bentley View. The following page may help in understanding what you can do on your system to manage your users software requirements.
