As Gerd has suggested, you could include this in one of the three Multi Snap options already defined. The problem that you'd find, though, is that Perpendicular is not available in the list of available snaps.

You may find the following discussion regarding this capability which mentioned that a Change Request or Enhancement was being raised for this.

I have located Enhancement # 85484 (old CR # 299178) which has been raised with our software development team. You could raise a new Service Request which we could link to this Enhancement so you can be kept up to date with when this may be included in a future release.

If that is your prime snap you can make it „active all the time“. But i guess you‘d like it to include it in a multi snap. This is obviously not available. Alternatively you may want to put the keyin „snap tangency“ behind a function or accudraw key.
