We are using MicroStation PowerDraft CONNECT Edition ,its closing automatic if we attached raster (ex:tiff ,jpg and ECW ) and pan . After some error massage it s closing pleas give me comments.

We need to know the update version of Connect that is giving you problems and your O.S.
What is the error message you have received?
Is this happening in every computer with PowerDraft or just one affected?
Specific file or different files?
Could you please send us the exception history folder for review?
