Yes, Search Ribbon is the answer. If in Drawing Workflow start typing and the command from other workflow will appear in the search query.

Take note that if in 2D model, 3D commands will note appear.

Thanks Carl, is there a way to search all workflows? Eg. If I'm in the drawing Workflow and want to search for a mesh tool.

Hi Mark,

You have to go to Visualization\Home\Utilities:

Or you can use Search Ribbon and type "sten".

Of course you'll have to be in a 3d model.
