This is what I new get when using Raster Manager at open Bing Maps. It *was* working in Update 7. I am using CONNECTION Client 10.00.10.19, and have signed in. My model has a GCS defined. In the Message Center, along with the noted message, in the Details, it shows:
http://www.bing.com/maps/Road
I've just updated MS to Update 8 and have the same problems now. It worked with Update 7 this morning. Any solutions yet?
I have not received any answers yet. "Good" to know I'm not the only one who is getting this..

If you are using Connect Update 8, you are several versions behind. Update 13 is available now, and Update 14 should be coming soon(?).
Try updating to a more recent version and see if you have the same issue.
