How to turn on arrows pointing in the direction of the element when viewing the profile

Hello,

Quick question. When I am in a base file let's say the proposed file. I  hold my 'left click' on the EOP element and click 'View Profile Model'.  I click in another window to show the profile of the EOP Element. Now I have two screens (Profile/Plan view). For some reason why I am working in the profile, the view with the plan DOES NOT SHOW the arrows pointing in the direction of where the element starts to where it ends. How can I turn this on? is it an easy toggle on?

This is an issue when the arrows don't pop up because I create profiles for certain elements and turns out they are all back wards (sometimes). Quite annoying. Any solution to show the arrows of the EOP (for this example) in the plan view while working in the profile view.
