Connect - Accusnap issues

Question

Accusnap seems to be going crazy.. Sometimes it will snap where it should, other times it just puts it at the cursor. 
 Here is a video

Possible that it has to do with the DPI settings. Happens with all snap modes

Before Microsoft or Bentley fix this defect, the workaround is 
 1. if you use only one monitor and change the DPI after booting, then re-boot. 
 2. if you use two monitor, make the monitor with high DPI (usually with high resolution) as your main monitor and re-boot. 
 
 because the defect occurs when you work on a monitor whose current DPI is different than the system DPI (being less than the system DPI may not be a problem while being bigger than system DPI is very likely for the defect to occur). System DPI is the main monitor DPI when you boot you computer.

Hi Maury, 
 We are very sorry for your inconvenience for this AccuSanp issue due to scree resolution. Our development team is already working on this defect and hope it will resolve very soon. 
 For workaround, I will recommend to work on Laptop screen with 1920 x 1080 (Recommended) resolution which will reduce this problem. 
 Also, AccuSnap Settings> Feel tab>keep keypoint sensitivity, stickiness and tolerance set to High (if required).

Yes, it related to DPI setting. The issue occurs if you work on a monitor whose current DPI is different than System DPI. System DPI is the main monitor DPI when you boot your computer. If you change the DPI of the main monitor after booting, it's deferent than the System DPI. But if you reboot, then they are same again. The issue also occurs when you drag the window to secondary monitor whose default DPI usually is bigger than the main laptop monitor, and in such a case that you use two monitor, the workaround is that you set the monitor with high DPI (usually with high resolution) as the main monitor and reboot the computer.

I use a mouse wired to my laptop to move the cursor. When it just snap the end point, I take my hand away from the mouse to avoid that I accidently move the mouse again when I want to click the button. Now I use left-button on my laptop to click the button and it lose the snap.
