Accusnap seems to be going crazy.. Sometimes it will snap where it should, other times it just puts it at the cursor.
Here is a video
Possible that it has to do with the DPI settings. Happens with all snap modes
Hi Maury,
We are very sorry for your inconvenience for this AccuSanp issue due to scree resolution. Our development team is already working on this defect and hope it will resolve very soon.
For workaround, I will recommend to work on Laptop screen with 1920 x 1080 (Recommended) resolution which will reduce this problem.
Also, AccuSnap Settings> Feel tab>keep keypoint sensitivity, stickiness and tolerance set to High (if required).
HTH,
Manoj

The workaround you recommended does not work. Please provide a permanent fix for this snap issue as this affects drawing production.
Are you connecting to external displays? If so, what is the resolution of those monitors? Also do you have any windows display scaling applied?I use multiple displays with different resolutions and haven't had any issues with accusnap since setting the 'default' monitor to be the display that has the highest resolution and ensure that there is no display scaling applied on any of the monitors. You will need a restart to apply when these are first set.Hopefully that works for you as it did for me.Cheers,Ed
