Hi,
I am looking at implementing Design History as a change review tool (vs backup) and want to just disable the Redo and Undo functions in the Design History dialog - is there any way to do this?
The problem I have is that I am using OpenRoads Designer and use of Redo/Undo breaks the Civil elements (as they are not just graphical elements), so I just want to see the graphical changes between revisions and not necessarily have the capability to restore them.
Unfortunately the MS_DESIGN_HISTORY capability switches seem to be limited to create, delete, commit, browse, tag, changedesc, changeauthor, combine, retire, setrevisionformat, setversion, and autoupgrade.
Regards,
Mark

If you are only starting to consider design history you should review the following tech note:

The undo/redo history changes cannot be disabled.
Another option if you need to produce a file for review you may want to consider the use of an I-model:

Thanks David - how is change management handled by I-models? Do I need to use Navigator?
