Is there a key-in that will change a model from a sheet to a design?
In v8 I had a little vba recorded that I would batch process on flattened files to change the sheet to design, so that when converting to dwg after, all info was in model space.
As the model properties dialog has now been consumed into the general properties window this vba no longer works, and for some reason the macro recorder wont record the steps taken when I change this in thge properties window.
If you need to change the Model Type of a specific model you can use the Models Dialog in conjunction with the Properties Dialog to change between Design, Drawing, and Sheet. See below:
There are things that you will have to keep in mind that will limit your options. The first being the Design Dimension (2D or 3D) of the model when first created.
If 3D the type can either be Design or Sheet.
If 2D the type can be Design, Drawing, or Sheet.
You should be able to record a Macro in the CONNECT Edition to try and create a VBA.
David, i am aware of how to do this. As my question stated, the macro recorder will not record these steps from the dialog window, hence why I was asking whether a key-in exists. (which frankly would be much simpler anyway)
