I have these survey points, there are 2 of them, one really big when I do any command simply disappears, that I don't need it, and other in scale size I need to print, they are in a reference file, I just can't get the big numbers off the print. Any suggestions?

Have you check if the issued text have annotative turned on?

Can you specify the version of MicroStation you are using? It can be found in:
HELP>ABOUT MICROSTATION
the version will be in the form of:
XX.XX.XXX.XXX
Are the files you are using DGN or DWG?
As stated by Jose could you post a file for testing?
