 When ever I try to create a link between Excel and Microstation using the &amp;quot;Linked to Design File&amp;quot; tool, I get the attached pop up.

I did notice that my Windows was upgraded from 7 to 10 but not sure if that affects this command. I also downgrade from SS4 to SS3 trying to solve the issue but no luck.&lt;/p&gt;
