Hello, I have points in a dgn that someone sent me and need to automate a continuous line through them all; connect point 1 to point 838 through all curves and turns. I’m running V8i Select Series 2, thank you for any help.
Try this:
Export your coordinates to a text file. Then add the place line command to the beginning and put XY= in front of your coordinates that you exported. Don't forget the reset at the end. It should look something like below. Then from the keyin browser call the script text file that you just wrote by typing the following: @YourTextFilename.txt
PLACE LINE XY=716.27 ,14840.04XY=751.70 ,14867.96XY=753.10 ,14848.45RESET
