There was an issue where the background maps option was not displaying in the View Attributes in MicroStation CONNECT Edition 10.09.00.23. MicroStation CONNECT Edition 10.09.01.01 resolves this issue.

Does the release 10.9.1.1 really contain only that one single change? Seems like there should be more than just one bug fix to merit a new release. Not even worth downloading if you don't use background maps.
I have submitted at least three service requests that have resulted in "Defect Reports". These are inhibiting our ability to use CONNECT in a commercial production environment and I feel they are much more deserving than a background map display. Shouldn't these be addressed as well? My oldest defect report is from 06-Jun-2017 - almost a year ago and it has not been resolved.
We pay our yearly maintenance fee which is more than enough to pay for a programmer's time to fix defects, in fact just what our company pays is enough to hire a programmer full time for a year!
I am sure that there are many other users that are waiting for their "defect filed" resolution from the SELECT support staff to be addressed by a new release. I am starting to wonder where the SUPPORT dollars are going - perhaps Bentley should funnel some to the development department so that they can fix more than one bug at a time.
