We have started using Connect Version (Ver 10.07.00.39). Unable to get level overrides to work. Have done the same as we have in all previous versions:
1. View Attributes: Level Overrides is selected and applied to all views
2. Reference Dialog: Appropriate reference is selected and Attachment Properties Dialog is opened. Display Overrides is set to ALWAYS.
3. Level Manager: Symbology is set to OVERRIDES, Appropriate reference file is selected, appropriate level is selected and a different line stile is selected.
4. Nothing happens.
This is all we can think of and has always worked in the past. This connect version is so buggy that it's driving us nuts. Is there some other configuration variable, preference setting or something that might be bloking the display of the overrides?
In MicroStation go to File>Settings>User>Preferences click on Reference tab and see if Display Overrides are Allowed. Because files are referenced there is one more option that sometimes needs to be enabled. Go to References, select one reference (with overrides) and in the top command tools click on Set Reference Presentation, new window will appear where you can enable level overrides:
