After updating to MicroStation CONNECT Update 9.1, I see this message in a text window as MicroStation starts: MDL Loader: Could not load application ustnvba
MDL Loader: Could not load application ustnvba
MicroStation halts once the backstage is shown. It won't proceed to a work session. This is a default vanilla installation of MicroStation. Windows Pro v1709.
I uninstalled Update 9.1 and reinstalled Update 9.0. MicroStation CONNECT is working once more. An inconvenient experience.
Not sure what happened with this issue. I assume that it is no longer an issue. It seems you might like to understand what might have occurred at the time. Are you still able to provide the installation logs produced at this time?

Only because I de-installed Update 9.1 and re-installed Update 9.0. I have no reason to attempt to re-install Update 9.1, since I have no inkling about what benefits it might provide.

Just sharing some info on this.
We had Users reporting similar installation issues. Looking at their installation logs, some files were locked and could not be overwritten during installation.
Re-installing the product fixed it.

I have had the problem only with CONNECT Update 9.1. Earlier versions of CONNECT were fine.
