I am searching for a while how to move the whole drawing including the References near to the basepoint (0,0).
I am able to select everything, click on the move button and I am able to move it.
But I am not able to just fill in XY=0,0 , it is not working during the move action.
Thanks!
what are the exact steps you are doing ?

1. Opening a DGN file with all the references.
2. Tools->reference manager
3. Turn on Locate, for all the reference files
4. Click on element selection
5. Draw a square around the whole drawing, including the reference files
6. Click on Move
7. Now I am stuck
I can move the whole set by first selecting a point and then moving the complete set.
What I want is:
I want to just fill in XY=0,0 so that the whole set will moved to the basepoint/orign (0,0).
Tried:
Key-in and filled in XY=0,0, this does not work.
with the elements all selected, select the move command, then snap to a point you want to move to the 0,0 location. Once you do this, then all the elements should be floating around on the end of the cursor, by the point you snapped to. At this point keyin XY=0,0 (if in a 2d file) or XY=0,0,0 (if you are in a 3d file), hit enter. The elements should move to this point , but still be active on the cursor. Select a right mouse click to exit/finish.
I am able to select the point that I would like to move to the 0,0. But I do not see the elements Floating around my cursor. I can move everything by clicking the scroll wheel and holding it.
Also when I apply key-in(XY=0,0 ) without that everything is floating around my cursor, I receive the following message:
" If newly created elements are not visible, check that the ACS/depth is within the visible view volume. You can turn off front/back clipping in View Attributes to see where elements are being placed."
When I now click on the right mouseclick, all selected objects are still on the old location.
are you in a 2d or 3d file ? I ask only because of the clipping planes that were mentioned in the message you are getting.
It looks like a normal 2d file. maybe I need to try also: XY=0,0,0
