Where do I find some out of the box 3D line styles?
Am I completely on my own to start from scratch creating my own?
I would of thought that there would of been some sample files in the install.
I don't have OpenRoads or OpenRail do these products come with any 3D line styles I could use.

Creating 3D Line Styles
I tried the link and the files and had absolutely no success in creating a line style I could actually use.
The document was missing a heap of steps for somebody new to creating line styles.
It does my head in that Bentley cannot provide some basic 3D line styles in it in the base install of microstation
or provide at least a dataset.
I know why nobody is using 3D linestyles as the interface and method for creating them is appalling.
