&lt;p&gt;as was discussed in several other threads already, the problem is in Windows 10 update, not in MicroStation. Consequently it means Bentley (or any other developer, because the same problem has been reported by other software vendors also) can do a little when several internal core Windows has been broken.&lt;/p&gt;
