Hi Everyone!
Lately, I am facing this new issue where my Substation keeps on crashing.
It happened just after I had installed the MicroStation Connect Edition. The moment this was installed my Substation started crashing.
Please do advice what can be done to fix it.

What do you mean by 'my Substation'?
Windows: what version of Windows are you using? Has Windows recently updated your computer?

It is the Update 9.

Oh, I meant on my computer the Bentley Substation is crashing.

Search this Forum for posts about the Windows April 2018 update. It has affected many people using MicroStation. Apparently Microsoft will apply a fix in a forthcoming security update.
Which version of Bentley Substation are you using? Is it the CONNECT version? If so, why would you require MicroStation CONNECT Edition on the same system? All of those tools would be within the Bentley Substation software.
