Quick and safe way of collecting measurements from a file

I need to pull measurements for each dropdown. The way I've done this in the past is to select all drop downs and ctrl+I and literally type every measurement into an excel file. Is there a faster, easier, and more accurate way of getting this information for example a downloadable measurement list of selected items? Scrolling through 500+ measurements and writing them all down is not only time consuming but also prone to failure with a measurement here and there.
