Microstation CONNECT dialog drop-down box issue

Question

I recently updated Microstation CONNECT edition and am running Version 10.10.00.23. I am know having an issue with certain dialogs (specifically drop-downs) in Microstation CONNECT not displaying information. See screen capture examples below of the Dimension Styles dialog. In addition to the drop-downs not displaying information, when you select them, nothing happens; no drop-down or anything. Any ideas??

Hi, 
 This might be due to a bad installation, you could try to uninstall the software and then do a clean installation. Please make sure to have internet connection during the installation and run the executable with administrator rights. You might also want to turn off any antivirus and firewall during the installation to make sure nothing is blocking installation files from downloading and installing correctly.
