I've annotated a point using an associated text element that contains a text field:
The text field displays the origin of the point. Consequently, if you move the point then the coordinates update automatically.
The DGN model has a GCS attached. How should I define the text field for the point named G to show latitude/longitude or eastings/northings?

In my humble opinion:
The xy= is as it should be
The en= should be NE= Northing, Easting
If you could place latitude, longitude in degrees minutes seconds 52 42' 38"N, 2 39' 39" W that would be brilliant
alternatively placing latitude, longitude in decimal degrees 52.710391, -2.6603591 would also be brilliant
