We have been seeing a crash of microstation frequently when panning the view with raster images attached. I first thought it was related to a program of our own that was running, however today after unloaded our app it happened again. I was able to load it in a debug session and see the call stack. Here is what it showed:

Has anyone seen a crash like this? We are using the latest Update 10 of Connect.
Hi,
this is MicroStation Programmingo forum, which is about writing own code. I recommend to move (see Move option in More menu) your post to MicroStation forum.
You should add some information about your HW and SW configuration (at least Windows version, graphics card and driver version), because it can help to track down the souce of the problem. But the best solution is to create memory dump when MicroStation crashes and send it to Bentley support. The memory dump (especially when configured to be "full dump") contains plenty of internal information about MicroStation and Windows state, so it can help (not always) to understand what was wrong.
With regards,
Jan

What's the best way to create the dump file? I found this would it work?

I guess (but I am not an expert in this area) it depends whether MicroStation creates exception log or not. To create the dump manually is the good way when MicroStation crashes without "send exception log" dialog. Otherwise it would be enough to find the log and dump in folder and to send them to support.
There are more articles about dumps and exception logs available in wiki.
Please email us the crash logs (exception.log, minidump.dmp) from the following folder.C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\MicroStation\10.0.0\ExceptionHistory\
Find and collect crash logs
A full dump will be useful and larger in size. Kindly log a Service Request and we will provide a sharefile location for you to upload the exception logs.
Hi rayjoslyn,
Could you reply with the files Leonard Jones requested below? This will help support and development provide a best recommendation forward.
Also, NCSEcw.dll listed in the call stack is the most likely cause of the problem. This application appears to be related to the Terrasolid TerraPhoto application. Two quick data points that may be helpful:
